The initiative was funded, approved, and successfully implemented by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), with Meridian International Center serving as the implementing partner. Recognized as Dr. Noha Said’s IVLP Impact Award 2025, the initiative established a strong foundation for innovation and international collaboration.
Following the successful completion of the initial funded phase, EduNext AI has transitioned into its next stage of growth under a formal legal and governance structure. The initiative is now independently operated and legally governed by Vera Advisory for Entrepreneurial Consulting and Coaching (LLC), a duly registered limited liability company founded and managed by Dr. Noha Said.
Vera Advisory serves as the sole legal, operational, and contractual entity responsible for the implementation, management, and scaling of EduNext AI programs. Any future collaborations with international organizations are conducted through formal partnership agreements, without ownership, governance, or legal overlap.
